Fall Cider Cocktails

After Tuesday (Nov. 8th, 2016), you deserve a drink, America. Since craft cocktails, good cider, and seasonal foods are so popular right now, we present to you some of our favorite Fall Cider Cocktails. All of these drinks taste great when made with The Good Cider, and we encourage you to give them a try! Apple Cider Moscow Mule

  • Ingredients
    • 1.5oz of Vodka
    • 2oz of The Good Cider
    • .5oz of Lime Juice
    • 6oz of Ginger Beer
    • Ice
  • In a copper mug, mix the ingredients.
  • Garnish with mint, lime wedge, or thin apple slices!

Spiced Cider Whiskey Sour with Cinnamon Simple Syrup

  • For the Syrup
    • Ingredients
      • 1 cup of water
      • 1 cup of Sugar
      • 1 Stick of Cinnamon
    • In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, mix together the water and sugar. Stir as it comes to boil.
    • After 3 minutes of boiling removing from heat and add cinnamon stick. Remove stick once it has cooled.
  • For Spiced Cider Whiskey Sour
    • Ingredients
      • 2oz of Bourbon
      • 2oz of The Good Cider
      • .25oz of fresh lemon juice
      • .5oz of Cinnamon Simple Syrup
      • 2 dashes of orange bitters
    • Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and mix.
    • Strain into an old fashioned glass with new ice.
    • Garnish with an apple slice.

Apple Cider Champagne

  • Ingredients
    • Pumpkin pie spice mixed with sugar
    • Dry champagne
    • The Good Cider
    • Apple brandy
  • Dip the top of each flute in a little The Good Cider, and rim the flutes with the pie and sugar mixture.
  • Fill each flute 3/4th up with the champagne.
  • Top the glasses with a splash of The Good Cider and the apple brandy.

Cinnamon Cider Fall Cocktail

  • Ingredients
    • 2oz of The Good Cider
    • 1oz of cinnamon whiskey
    • Cinnamon Stick
    • Orange, sliced
    • Rosemary
    • Cinnamon Sugar
    • Ice
  • Rub the orange slice along the rim of the glass. Rim the glass with the cinnamon sugar.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients in a shaker with ice, mix, and serve over ice.
  • Garnish with rosemary, cinnamon stick, and orange slice.
